Apply For Housing

Before we can proceed with processing your application, you must submit the following for each adult requiring to be rehoused:

• Two proof of address documents, dated within the last 6 months (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter)
• One photographic ID (e.g. passport, driving licence)
• One proof of National Insurance (e.g. NI card, P60, payslip)

Please note that without this information, we cannot confirm your identity and cannot process your application resulting in your application being cancelled.
