IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that Glen Oaks Housing Association does not have any emergency or temporary accommodation. Our properties are allocated through our internal waiting lists and through Match referrals from Glasgow City Council’s Homelessness Casework Team.
If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness, you should contact Glasgow City Council’s Health & Social Care CONNECT Service, which can provide advice, assessment and access to temporary accommodation where required.

If you are applying to us, we have housing stock in Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Regents Park and Southpark Village. Our largest turnover continues to be in Arden tenemental stock, meaning applicants often receive offers more quickly in this area than in our lower‑turnover areas. 

Although we do have house type and newer-build homes within our stock, these become available far less often. When they do, applicants usually wait significantly longer for an offer. Therefore, if you choose only house type properties or low turnover areas only, you should expect a much longer wait—if we are able to offer you housing at all.

Before we can accept your application, you must upload the following documents:

Two proofs of address for each applicant

• Photographic ID for each applicant
• Proof of National Insurance Number for each applicant
• If you are adding a child to the application, you must also upload their birth certificate

Bank statement, credit card statement, utility bill, phone bill, benefit award letter, wage slip. Screenshots of online documents are acceptable
